Using my Medicine cards, I asked what medicine or information I need for the new year. The card I chose was Spider and the description can be seen below.
Create, create, create! Write in a journal. This is the fourth message I have received that I should be writing. The first was during a shamanic journey where I was told by spirit that I needed to write. Next, I ask my Reiki master what I needed to do to become my authentic self and was told that I had to write about what my true self may be. Third, I spoke to a psychic who told me that my wisdom comes through writing. And now, as I enter the new year with the intention of writing 30 minutes every day, here is spider giving me the reinforcement that I should be journalling and creating. The spirits have spoken and I should probably listen.
So, not everything will be enlightening, or probably even remotely interesting, but I commit here and now to write for 30 minutes everyday to see what comes out.
